Power Hour + Myo-facial therapy (cardio and strength mix) bring mat and 1 set each of heavy and light dumb bells. All fitness levels. Beginners to advanced and athletes.

INSANITY 30 min of intense cardio training. Wear good gym shoes. Bring water & sweat towel. Adults and Teens welcome.

Gentle Yoga + Myo-facial therapy Gently wake up your body and mind with gentle stretches and poses to increase flexibility, balance and feel good. Great start to the day. Great for All fitness levels. Bring yoga mat and blocks. Earn Your Body Improve Your Quality of Life
